David's Story
I am the Head of the Personal Training Department at Kai Fit Gym. My area of specialization is in optimizing movement patterns for athletic performance and independence. Primary
movement patterns include Push, Pull Squat, Lunge, Hinge, and Carry. By Focusing on these
techniques, you can develop strength at any age. Strength training helps keep bone density
and muscle mass. This is vital to keeping independence and longevity. It also helps with
balance, coordination, and reflexes which helps reduce falls. Having taught Martial Arts for many years I realized the importance of mastering the basics as a foundation for growth. I am an instructor in Stockton Multi-Style Escrima. A Filipino Martial Art created by Grandmaster Leo Giron. Filipino Martial Arts, Jun Fan Gung Fu, Muay Thai, Shooto under Guro Dan Inosanto. Also, Muay Thai under Ajarn Chai Sirisute. I attended and graduated for The Natural Gourmet
Institute for Health and Culinary Arts in New York City.
